Returns & Replacements

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Studio Logic Sound purchase, you may return it based on the terms of our return policy.

1)     A refund of the purchase price or an exchange for store credit is provided if the product is undamaged and in it’s original unopened factory box within a 5 day period.

2)     Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”.

3)     All returns must be in resellable condition and MUST include all original packing materials, accessories and paperwork. Otherwise, a 25% minimum restocking fee will apply into the following categories:

  • Missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or any contents that was included
  • Original box was written on, damaged, or retaped
  • Items not in original like new condition

In the unlikely event that your product was received damaged in transit, immediately contact the shipper to file a claim and contact Studio Logic Sound so that we can secure a replacement for you.

Before returning any product, contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  Studio Logic Sound will not accept any package without an associated RA#.

Please notify us of any of any defective products within 5 business days. After 10 days, you may request manufacturer warranty assistance, if your item malfunctions.

  • Electronic Delivery of Software
  • Special orders
  • DVD’s
  • Headphones (cannot be returned due to health regulations)
