Studio Logic Sound does not ship products
on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Many of our orders do ship same day or the
very next day via UPS. If you provided a valid email address, we are happy to
provide a shipping confirmation notice to track your package. Direct
Signature is required on all shipped packages. All orders are shipped only to
verified billing addresses. If you pay by PayPal or through PayPal’s credit
card service, we must adhere to their current shipping requirements and
policies.
MOST, but not all, items on our
website qualify for free shipping. This policy only pertains to the lower 48
contiguous US states.
Some LARGE or BULKY products on our
website are not shipped for free. When those products are placed in
the store cart, you may be prompted to call us for a shipping quote. We
will gladly order these products for you directly. We reserve the right to
identify products that do not ship free at any time during the sales and/or
payment process.
Any purchase shipped to AK, HI, APO,
FPO and US Protectorates (PR, VI and American Samoa) or to any international
address will incur additional shipping charges. Please
contact us for a shipping quote.
If a product is out of stock or a
special order, we will contact you with a delivery date.
Additional shipping charges will apply for an actual recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will also apply to reship your order.
